Father Stephen Callos

Father Stephen has served the community of Saints Constantine & Helen since 1982. Born in Pennsylvania, he was raised in Youngstown, Ohio. While studying at Hellenic College in Brookline, Massachusetts, Father Stephen met his wife, Christina, and they were married in 1977. Together, they are parents and grandparents.
He earned his Master of Divinity degree from Holy Cross in 1987 and his Doctor of Ministry degree from McCormick Theological Seminary in 1990. His doctoral thesis, Cultivating the Royal Priesthood, focused on encouraging all members of the Church to recognize and use their spiritual gifts.
Ordained to the priesthood in 1978, Fr. Stephen served the communities of Saints Constantine & Helen Cathedral in Merrillville, Indiana, and All Saints Church in Weirton, West Virginia, before relocating to Cleveland.
In his free time, he enjoys following the Cleveland Guardians and reading history.
Father Tom Drenen
Father Tom Drenen was born in Melbourne, Australia, and was raised Roman Catholic. He embraced the Orthodox faith while attending university.
After graduating, Fr. Tom taught high school for several years before moving to New York to study at St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary. He graduated in 1999, relocated to Cleveland, and married Presvytera Molly in 2000. Together, they have two daughters, Emily and Lucy.
He was ordained to the diaconate and later to the priesthood at Saints Constantine & Helen in Cleveland Heights, in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
