H.E. Archbishop Elpidophoros Officiated Memorial Service at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church in Lower Manhattan at the WTC today September 10th, 2021 and after reading blessings the lights were turned on as St. Nicholas is getting closer to rebuilding the only Church that was destroyed during 9-11, 2001.
